What are we offering?

Turn key equestrian facilities for rent ( seasonal lease or yearly lease) in the heart of south Florida.

Barns rental in Loxahatchee,  Wellington area with 12x12 matted stalls, plugs for fans, AC tack rooms, wash stalls, manure pits, individual or collective paddocks, irrigated outdoor arena, laundry room, access to miles of trails, ATV and drag-and-fly, sets of jumps, full RV hook up, ....

Beautiful and quiet scenery 

One of our property has a beautiful pond surrounded by a galoping track and some cross country jumps. You will be able to swim with your horse year round. Relax with your horses in a scenic and peaceful environment!

Direct access to equestrian trails

You can get out of the property and access directly miles and miles of trails and equestrian park. Canter along the canal to condition your horse with a perfect footing!

What kind of lease agreement are you offering?

We are offering either a yearly lease at a competitive price or a seasonal lease for the show season or the summer season. 6 months lease minimum is required.

What kind of discipline do you allow in your equestrian facilities?

We are welcoming all kinds of disciple: leisure, dressage,  hunter, jumpers, eventing,  reining, western, polo,....

Can I start or run a horse business at your place?

We make sure you have all the tools to start/run your equestrian business from our facilities: we are taking care of the utilities ( water, electricity, wifi, camera system, lawn maintenance, pest control are included in the price) and you have access to an ATV and drag  to maintain the arena. You can sublease the stalls ( dry, half or full board) and build your own prices for your clients. You are free to run your business the way you want it!
